PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy is beyond a doubt one of the most valuable courses available to take. Prerequisites:
You must be fifteen years of age or older. You hold a PADI Open Water Diver Certificate or equivalent. You must be medically fit to withstand the demands of diving.
The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course allows you to:
Dive in a more controlled and purposeful manner. It allows you to get up closer to marine life while reducing any accidental damage you may cause to the environment around you. It allows you to reduce your air consumption while becoming more effortless in your diving.
What will I learn?
You will learn to improve your buoyancy control, achieve neutral buoyancy and learn to hover. You will learn to make subtle changes to your depth through the purposeful use of your lungs and you will be able to dive with less weight. All of these skills help conserve air as your diving becomes effortless.

PADI e-Learning: 2-4 hours.
Entire Course: 1-2 days.
